BOOKING CANCELLATION & PAYMENTS

All bookings must be made via our website - no bookings will be accepted via email or message. Upon booking, parents must supply all relevant information regarding their child/ren as this will be used in case of an emergency. Once your booking has been received, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email. All payments must be made within 30 days of booking or prior to the workshop commencing - whichever is first. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare & CCGPS.

Should you choose to cancel your place on one of our workshop, written notice must be given. In the event that you cancel within 10 days of the workshop commencing, 50% of your place will be refunded to you. Cancellations within 5 days of the start of the workshop are liable to full payment.

In the event of workshop cancellation by Backstage Stars (i.e. COVID outbreak, teacher illness), a refund will be given in the form of a credit towards a future workshop. In the event a workshop is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. flooding, venue closure etc), Backstage Stars will endeavour to reschedule the missed day/s where possible.

ILLNESS

If you child has experienced any contagious illness (i.e. vomiting, diarrhoea) within the last 48 hours, they are unable to attend the workshop until the 48 hour window has passed. In the event of serious illness (as deemed by Backstage Stars), a full refund or credit will be issued to you.

Any inhalers, medications (named) or EpiPens MUST be handed in to the front desk upon arrival to the workshop.

BEHAVIOUR

During our workshops, students are required to work as a team to ensure that we can put on the best possible performance for friends and family. If a student is disruptive or verbally abusive towards a student or a member of staff, they will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

 

PERMISSIONS

By signing up for Backstage Stars, you give permission for first aid to be administered to your child in the event of an emergency. You also agree for photos/videos to be taken of your child and shared on our social media - should you wish to opt out, please email us directly.
